DPWH to repurpose Discaya-awarded project in Taguig; to finish by 2028

MANILA, Philippines — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) is eyeing to complete a terminated Discaya-awarded in Taguig City by late 2027 or early 2028 as it is being repurposed into a Hall of Justice, its secretary Vince Dizon said on Tuesday. According to the Dizon, the project was awarded to the controversial
