MANILA, Philippines — A committee will review San Miguel Corp. (SMC)’s opening of another NAIA Expressway exit ramp to Ninoy Aquino International Airport Terminal 3, according to the Department of Public Works and Highways.

In a March 17 order, DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon formed the committee to review and approve the off-ramp along the Newport complex.

SMC has invested up to P5 billion for the exit ramp.

In March 2024, the SMC opened a NAIAX exit ramp to NAIA Terminal 3 along Tramo Boulevard in Pasay.

DPWH Public-Private Partnership Service director Pelita Galvez will chair the technical committee.
