DSWD signs accord meant to end to forced, child and early marriages in PH

MANILA, Philippines — Social Welfare and Development Secretary Rex Gatchalian on Friday said his agency is committed to protecting vulnerable children as he vowed to end child, early and forced marriage in the Philippines.  Gatchalian made this statement during the launch of the National Plan on Ending Child, Early and Forced Marriages and Unions (NAP-ECEFMU).
