MANILA  Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte said on Tuesday he should be put on trial in a court in the Philippines and not the International criminal Court.

“If I committed a sin, prosecute me in Philippine courts,” he told police officers while in custody in Manila.

His remarks were streamed live on Instagram by his youngest daughter.
