MANILA, March 11 (Reuters) – Former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte was seen boarding a jet in Manila on Tuesday, according to a video posted on social media platform X by ABS-CBN News.

ABS-CBN News did not say where the jet was headed. Reuters could not immediately verify when the footage was recorded.
