The self-service payment kiosk provider gears up to make financial transactions more accessible after a productive 2025.
MANILA, Philippines — Self-service payments kiosk provider, eTap Solutions, is strengthening its commitment to financial inclusion with the rollout of new services and initiatives in 2026, including cash-out machines, expanded regional presence and the creation of a new company.
Founded in 2023, eTap Solutions is the subsidiary of eTap Inc. Machines from eTap Solutions can be found in over 450 store partners nationwide, including DALI, Alfamart, AllDay, TGP and Julie’s Bakeshop, providing everyday financial services such as cash-ins to e-wallets, bill payments and e-load.
The year 2025 has been one of eTap Solutions’ most productive yet, marked by its expansion to over 4,000 machines nationwide. eTap Solutions also saw strong user engagement, with an average of 5,000 Filipinos joining its ongoing Weekly Pamasko raffle each week, on top of new partnerships—including a major collaboration with CIS Bayad Center Inc. to broaden payment options and enhance user convenience.
Beyond providing financial services, eTap Solutions promotes financial literacy and sustainability. Its participation in the GCash Eco Run in March helped plant 3,000 trees, and the company shares practical saving and finance tips on social media to help users make smarter decisions and reduce financial stress.
“Everything we did in 2025 was to enhance financial accessibility for Filipinos,” shared eTap Solutions CEO Carlo Hernandez. “Our machines act as a phygital bridge for anyone who wants to turn their physical cash into digital payments, which is especially useful for the millions of Filipinos who are still primarily cash-first.”
As part of its mission to bring digital financial services closer to underserved communities, eTap Solutions will roll out new cash-out machines in 2026, allowing users to withdraw funds from their e-wallets. This new service gives eTap users more ways to manage their money, whether they’re adding or taking out funds.
To reach more communities nationwide, eTap is also opening more eTap Hubs in Zamboanga City, Bacolod City, Cebu City and Davao City and launching on-ground caravans in Visayas and Mindanao.
“The expansion of the eTap Hubs comes after the opening of the first eTap Hub in Palanan, Makati, in May. The Hubs are a place where people can not only use machines, but also get assistance from eTap employees on standby,” explained Hernandez. “Meanwhile, the caravans have us going to our valued store partners and assisting their shoppers who use our machines.”
Hernandez also adds that a new company named eTap Managed Services Inc. (EMSI) will be created in January 2026 to better service eTap franchisees, collectors and technicians. The company will be led by Jana Darm-Cruzado, who is also eTap Solutions' corporate secretary. The creation of EMSI will enable faster servicing of kiosks, more efficient replenishment cycles and smoother operations—ensuring machines remain accessible and ready for users whenever they need them.
Hernandez emphasizes that all of eTap Solutions’ new services and initiatives work together to fulfill its brand promise of being "Easy mahanap, easy mag top-up at easy kausap."
“Between the rising cost of living and constant natural disasters, we understand these are trying times for the average Filipino. The least we can do is make our machines convenient, accessible and easy to use—there’s no reason they should have a hard time settling their crucial financial transactions,” he concluded.
