Ex-cop in Bulacan official’s killing arrested in Cavite

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan—A dismissed police officer who was charged with double murder in the 2024 killing of a Bulacan board member and his driver was arrested on Wednesday in Cavite. Col. Angel Garcillano, Bulacan police director, presented former PSSgt. Ulysses Hernani Pascual, 46, to Bulacan Gov. Daniel Fernando and Vice Gov. Alexis Castro
