Ex-finance chief joins Megaworld board

MANILA, Philippines — Former finance secretary Carlos “Sonny” Dominguez III has joined the board of property giant Megaworld Corp. as lead independent director, bringing decades of experience in government and business. On Tuesday, Megaworld announced the appointment, as the Andrew Tan-led developer continues to grow its footprint across key economic and tourism destinations in the country.
