MANILA, Philippines — Fair weather is expected to prevail nationwide on Tuesday, with isolated rain showers and thunderstorms likely to develop later in the day, according to the state weather bureau. In its latest weather briefing, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said the easterlies, or warm winds from the Pacific Ocean,
