MANILA, Philippines — Federal Land, the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and the Pag-IBIG Fund have formalized a partnership through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) aimed at creating more opportunities for Filipino families to achieve homeownership through the Expanded Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (Expanded 4PH) program.

The partnership will provide qualified Pag-IBIG members access to financing opportunities for select Federal Land residential developments.

A signing ceremony to mark the beginning of the partnership was held today as part of the 2nd National Housing Expo, organized by the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD) and Pag-IBIG Fund.

Federal Land President Jose Mari Banzon expressed gratitude for its accreditation with Pag-IBIG Fund and shared that Federal Land will build a dedicated business unit to process Pag-IBIG Fund home loans.

“I’d like to congratulate DHSUD and Pag-IBIG Fund for the success of the Expanded 4PH program. It does not only help homeowners but developers as well. Federal Land is committed to work with DHSUD and Pag-IBIG Fund to allow Filipino families to achieve their dream of owning their own home,” Banzon said.

For Marilene Acosta, CEO of Pag-IBIG Fund, partnerships between the public sector and leading organizations from the private sector such as Federal Land help strengthen government initiatives like the Expanded 4PH Program.

“While finding the right home is important, making it affordable matters just as much. This is why we are pleased to further strengthen our partnership with Federal Land today. We look forward to seeing this agreement translate into more housing choices, better value, and meaningful opportunities for our members to become homeowners,” Acosta said.

Federal Land, Inc., the real estate arm of GT Capital Holdings, is a leading Philippine real estate developer with a portfolio spanning residential developments, commercial and retail destinations, offices, hospitality, and master-planned communities around key cities in Metro Manila, Laguna, Cavite and Cebu.

Federal Land was recently hailed as Developer of the Year at the 2026 Philippines Real Estate Awards.
