MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine military said Tuesday it is verifying a report by Ukrainian intelligence that a Filipino national was killed while fighting alongside Russian forces in eastern Ukraine, stressing that the information remains unconfirmed. Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) spokesperson Col. Francel Margareth Padilla said the military has yet to receive confirmation
