Floods cost Bulacan P100M a year in relief funds

CITY OF MALOLOS, BULACAN, Philippines — The Bulacan government spends up to P100 million annually on relief assistance for residents affected by floods and other disasters, with about P50 million earmarked for food packs alone, according to the provincial disaster response office.
