Former PNP chief Torre named MMDA general manager

MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. has appointed former Philippine National Police chief Nicolas Torre III as Metropolitan Manila Development Authority General Manager, replacing Procopio Lipana.
