FOUNDEVER, a global leader in the customer experience (CX) industry, today announced that it has kicked off Pride Month with the theme “Thrive with Pride,” with the goal of inspiring and uplifting everyone while also honoring and empowering each individual.
“’Thrive with Pride’ – that’s exactly what we’re aiming for, not just this month, but every single day. Because Pride isn’t just about being visible. It’s about standing tall in who you are. It’s about creating space where everyone can belong, grow and be their truest selves – without apology,” said Pat Haluag, vice president for global operations and Pride chairperson at Foundever.
“Thrive with Pride” featured a comprehensive lineup of educational as well as community-building initiatives throughout June, such as the Pride Summit 2025: What Makes Up a Rainbow, which examined the meaning of Pride across workplace, home and societal contexts.
Educational initiatives included wellness webinars on LGBTQIA+ mental health and HIV awareness, plus TransHealth Talk, where a licensed psychometrician discussed transgender experiences, transition challenges and creating inclusive spaces.

Foundever also released “The Safe Space” series episode “What’s Your SOGIESC?” which demystified sexual orientation and gender identity concepts while sharing diverse personal stories.
Community engagement comes through a social media campaign featuring Foundever associates highlighting the company’s inclusive culture and a photo contest that invited LGBTQIA+ employees and allies to showcase what “thriving with pride” means to them.
The month concluded with the participation of Foundever in Manila’s Pride March on June 28.
“Here at Foundever, we show up for one another. We lead with empathy, and we believe that everyone deserves to feel seen, safe and celebrated,” said Haluag.
