MANILA, Philippines — New "Pinoy Big Brother" hosts Gabbi Garcia and Mavy Legaspi expressed their openness to enter the iconic "Bahay ni Kuya" if called upon to.

The upcoming "Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" airing on GMA will have housemates composed of Star Magic and Sparkle artists, representing both ABS-CBN and GMA respectively.

During the reality competition show's recent media conference, Gabbi acknowledged knowing the tradition of hosts entering the "Pinoy Big Brother" house and was prepared to do so if necessary.

"Follower lang ako sa tasks ni Kuya. Ngayon, ang task ay mag-host, magho-host ako," Gabbi said. "Hindi ko lang alam ang mga following tasks, so Kuya, ikaw na ang bahala sa akin."

Mavy shared that he and Gabbi have already been asking questions to their fellow hosts Bianca Gonzalez, Robi Domingo, Melai Cantiveros, and Alexa Ilacad about the possibility of going inside the "Pinoy Big Brother" house.

The young host quipped his luggage was already prepared and was just waiting for Kuya's orders.

"I'm excited but at the same time nakakaba din pero... parang retreat lang, that's what they say. I look foward to that retreat," Mavy added, to which Melai warned, "Be careful what you wish for."

Gabbi will mostly be providing three-minute updates throughout the day while sometimes joining the main show with Bianca, Robi, Melai, and other hosts Enchong Dee and Kim Chiu.

Mavy, meanwhile, will focus on the Online Tambayan segment of the show alongside Alexa.

"Pinoy Big Brother Celebrity Collab Edition" premieres on GMA this March 9.
