Gatchalian questions vetoed items in 2026 unprogrammed funds

MANILA, Philippines — Sen. Sherwin Gatchalian is concerned about a few items under the 2026 unprogrammed appropriations vetoed by President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.  Speaking to reporters in a press conference on Tuesday, Gatchalian — head of the Senate panel on finance — identified these items as follows: CARS program, Race Program, and Government Counterpart for
