MANILA, Philippines—Barangay Ginebra is back on top of the mountain.

The Gin Kings defeated TNT, 88-76, in Game 7 of the PBA Commissioner’s Cup Finals at Mall of Asia Arena on Wednesday night to capture their first championship since 2023.

It is Ginebra’s first title since beating guest team Bay Area in the same tournament three years ago.

Justin Brownlee led the way with 30 points and 14 rebounds, while Scottie Thompson posted a double-double of 19 points and 11 rebounds to go along with eight assists.

RJ Abarrientos and Troy Rosario added 13 points apiece for the Gin Kings.

Chris McCullough finished with 28 points and 22 rebounds in the loss, while Jordan Heading chipped in 21 points for TNT.
