Does globe have any services available when it comes to rewiring fiber optic cables. It's been over a week na and wala pa rin internet sa condo unit namin dahil need replacing nung fiber optic cable na nakakabit sa unit namin. When we talked with the admin, hindi daw nila covered nila nung replacement ng fiber optic cable. Nung Kinausap naman namin nung globe technician, wala rin silang jurisdiction sa pag palit ng fiber optic cable, only sa pagkabit ng internet sa unit. I am losing my mind kakahintay, and parang nagtuturuan lang nung mga galing globe and admin ng condo namin. Nung maintenance staff naman willing mag rewire, kaso ayaw ng agent namin kasi di daw nila covered pag may nadamage na ibang wires. May services ba ang globe for something like this?
