Does anybody have the same issue? Basically, tried converting to esim but the “switch to esim” part is greyed out. I can’t click it for some reason and proceed with getting the qr code.
Context: I have a postpaid plan from globe. Technically, my sim is already an esim because I use it on my iphone 14 pro. I recently bought an iPhone 16 and would like to transfer my esim there but it won’t let me. Apparently, I need to have the physical qr code they printed out 2.5 years ago when I got my esim. Now, I can’t find the qr voucher, nor was a qr code sent to me by email. So I tried the globeone app to check if I can get the qr code there but it won’t let me. I also contacted globe support and upon checking, the agent said “your sim is not tagged as esim” so what the hell do I do now?
