Running from February 1 to 15, the pioneering festival transforms The Atrium into a lush green escape, setting a new benchmark for immersive, culture-driven experiences in Cebu.
Opening day delivered a go-all-out, matcha maxed-out experience as members of the media and content creators joined mallgoers for the launch. The festival brings together a curated mix of crowd-favorite brands, including Atelier Matcha, Your Daily Go Cafe, Kasa Brew, Celso’s Crib, No Bitter Feelings, Tsoko, DP Sweets, Oh Nata!, Ice Ice Baby and Rampa Beads Bar.
Each offers a unique take on Japan’s iconic green tea from creamy lattes to indulgent desserts, inviting guests to sip, savor and explore matcha in all its forms.
More than a pop-up, Cebu Matcha Fest is a full-fledged lifestyle experience designed for the city’s growing community of matcha lovers. Interactive highlights include Matcha Painting sessions, Make Your Own Matcha Workshops on February 7 and 11, and Love Beats with Moni-Moni on February 14.
Meanwhile, the Matcha Lounge & Games area offers a cozy spot to unwind, sip and play classic games such as chess, dominoes, tumbling tower, Snakes and Ladders, and Uno.
