Grab mulls options after LTFRB denies accreditation outside Metro Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Grab Philippines is studying its options after the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) denied GrabBike’s application for accreditation as a motorcycle taxi platform provider (MTTP) for operations outside Metro Manila. In a statement, Grab Philippines said it respected the LTFRB’s decision and was reviewing its options under the board’s rules.
