Graft court won’t act on Co plea since he’s still a fugitive

MANILA, Philippines — As long as he is a fugitive from justice, all pleadings filed by former Ako Bicol Party-list Rep. Elizaldy Co in relation to his criminal cases arising from the flood control corruption scandal will not be entertained.
