THE Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) strengthened its partnership with the Philippine Alliance of Retired Educators (PARE) during today's meeting with its Mindanao chapter members, building on its recent discussion with the PARE Board of Trustees.
GSIS President and General Manager Wick Veloso presented key updates on the pension fund's programs, services and investment perfor-mance, highlighting its robust strategies and risk management protocols.
"Today's dialogue with PARE reinforces our commitment to transparency," Veloso said. "Building on our meeting with their board two weeks ago, we continue to strengthen information sharing with the broader PARE community."
A key initiative is a joint speakers' bureau designed to combat misinformation through trusted community voices. This program will create a structured channel for addressing retirees' inquiries and responding swiftly to concerns.
"Retired educators carry significant influence in their communities," Veloso added. "As information ambassadors, they will play a vital role in strengthening our communication network."
