Heavy rain in parts of Visayas, Mindanao due to TD Ada – Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Depression Ada is expected to trigger heavy rains in four provinces in Visayas and Mindanao from Wednesday to Thursday afternoon, according to the state weather bureau. In a heavy rainfall outlook issued at 5 p.m., the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said rainfall from 50 to 100 millimeters
