IN line with its mission to nourish and uplift underserved communities, Herbalife Family Foundation (HFF) — the philanthropic arm of premier health and wellness company, community and platform Herbalife — has awarded approximately P8.7 million in grant to two Filipino nonprofit organizations: SOS Children's Villages Pilipinas and Tuloy Foundation.
At SOS Children's Villages Pilipinas, the grant directly benefits 217 children, ensuring they receive proper nutrition and equipping them with essential life skills. Beyond food assistance, the funding supports mental health programs that help these children and youth develop coping strategies and resilience.
Meanwhile, Tuloy Foundation will utilize the grant to provide food subsidies, ensuring that the 200 children under its care receive daily nutritious meals. The grant is also used for Tuloy's aquaponics garden initiative, which allows children to learn firsthand how to grow their own vegetables.
