MANILA, Philippines – On Day 29 of Vice President Sara Duterte’s impeachment trial, the Senate impeachment court voted 13 to 1 to reduce the number of votes needed for a conviction, adopting Senator-judge Erwin Tulfo’s motion to reconsider how the two-thirds threshold is calculated.  The ruling means the denominator will be based on how many
