House Makabayan bloc wants special session to address oil crisis

MANILA, Philippines — Lawmakers from the House of Representatives’ Makabayan bloc believe Congress must hold a special session to craft legislation that would address the rising fuel prices brought by the Middle East conflict. In a joint statement on Monday, ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio, Gabriela party-list Rep. Sarah Elago, and Kabataan party-list Rep. Renee
