House panel asks Sara Duterte to respond to impeach raps

MANILA, Philippines — The House justice panel has told Vice President Sara Duterte to respond to the two verified impeachment complaints against her. Batangas 2nd District Rep. Gerville Luistro, the chairperson of the House committee on justice, signed the “Notice to Respondent” for Duterte, the copy of which was furnished to the media on Thursday.
