House panel OKs universal social pension for seniors, says Quimbo

MANILA, Philippines — A House of Representatives panel has approved a proposal to include all senior citizens in the provision of social pensions, so that members of the Social Security System (SSS) and the Government Service Insurance System (GSIS) would not be exempted anymore. In a statement on Tuesday, Marikina 2nd District Rep. Miro Quimbo said
