ICI cuts ‘ghost’ flood control projects list to 416 after review

MANILA, Philippines — The 421 initially validated “ghost” flood control projects was reduced to 416 upon verification since some of these were “double entries,” according to Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) special adviser Rodolfo Azurin Jr. on Friday, Jan. 30. In an ambush interview, Azurin said the reduction of the numbers came after they tallied
