ICI still credible sans Singson – Palace

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang rejected on Thursday claims that the Independent Commission for Infrastructure (ICI) is no longer a credible investigative body following the resignation of former Public Works Secretary Rogelio Singson, one of its three members. It also continues to be lukewarm for President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. to certify as urgent pending bills before
