ILOILO CITY — The Iloilo City Government has issued Executive Order No. 35-A, series of 2026, reconstituting its Crisis Management Council and enforcing a set of austerity measures in response to ongoing fuel supply uncertainties and rising energy costs linked to global tensions. Signed by Mayor Raisa S. Treñas on April 14, the order revives
