Impeachment initiated: Raps vs Duterte sent to House justice panel

MANILA, Philippines — The impeachment proceedings against Vice President Sara Duterte have been formally initiated as the House of Representatives’ committee on rules on Monday sent the four raps to the committee on justice. During the plenary session on Monday, the four impeachment complaints were officially included in the Order of Business.  Thereafter, Deputy Speaker Ferjenel
