International rights group names Zambaleño to head PH office

OLONGAPO CITY — The Geneva-based International Human Rights Movement (IHRM) has appointed professor Froilan Mobo, a resident of Subic in Zambales, as president of its office in the Philippines. IHRM chair Rana Basharat Ali Khan said the appointment of Mobo reflects IHRM’s continued commitment to strengthening its global leadership and expanding its human rights mission
