Iriga’s Tinagba fest draws crowds amid rains

IRIGA CITY, Camarines Sur – Ten school-based contingents and 38 traditional bullcarts braved a heavy downpour on Wednesday to celebrate the annual Tinagba Festival, a tradition dating back to 1974 when locals here offer their first harvest of the year in a celebration coinciding with the feast of Our Lady of Lourdes. Despite the inclement
