CALAMBA CITY — About 4,000 members of a volunteer group pushing the candidacy of Sol Aragones for governor in Laguna got job opportunities through the "Akay Hanapbuhay" program during a meeting on Wednesday with Sen. Imee Marcos.
Senator Marcos served as the guest of honor at the gathering of SOL's Ladies held at La Vista Resort in Pansol, Calamba City, on Wednesday morning.
Aragones expressed her gratitude to Marcos, emphasizing their shared advocacy for improving health care facilities in Laguna.
"She (Senator Marcos) is with us in our advocacy to establish well-equipped hospitals in Laguna," said Aragones.
She also thanked Senator Marcos and all those supporting their mission for a better health care system in the province.

Recently, Aragones spearheaded the opening of several "Botika ng Bayan" outlets in Laguna, which provide free branded maintenance medicines to senior citizens.
As the elections approach, Aragones and her running mate, vice gubernatorial candidate Peewee Perez, continue to lead in election-related surveys, further strengthening their bid for leadership in Laguna.
