Lacson says time for Senate to review rules amid Dela Rosa case

BAGUIO CITY, Philippines — Amid the months-long absence of Sen. Ronald “Bato” dela Rosa from the chamber, Senate President Pro Tempore Panfilo “Ping” Lacson said it was time for Congress’ upper house to review its rules on non-attendance. Dela Rosa may face an ethics complaint over his absence to be filed by former Sen. Antonio
