MANILA, Philippines — Celebrity couple Lee Da-hae and Choi Dong-wook, better known as Se7en, are expecting their first child together.

The couple made the announcement with a joint video post on Instagram set to Gregory Alan Isakov's "Sweet Heat Lightning."

In the monochrome video, Da-hae places baby shoes and sonogram images behind a turned-away Se7en, who flips his cap to reveal "Dad" written on it.

Da-hae then leaned her head sideway to show her own cap that read "Mom," and the couple both faced the camera — and each other — with smiles.

"From two to three. Our little miracle is on the way," Da-hae wrote in the post's caption.

The couple started as good friends and eventually developed feelings for each other. They got married in 2023 after eight years together. They have since consistently expressed affection for one another whenever out in public.

Da-hae broke out as a 20-year-old in "Lotus Flower Fairy (Heaven's Fate)," for which she won Best New Actress at the 2005 Baeksang Arts Awards.

Later that year, she starred in her most popular projects "Green Rose" and "My Girl," which she followed up with "Hello! Miss," "East of Eden," "Miss Ripley," "Iris II," and "Hotel King."

Se7en debuted as a singer in 2003 with "Just Listen," and has since released three more Korean albums, three Japanese albums, one Chinese album, and five extended plays.

Among his charted singles are "Come Back to Me," "When I Can't Sing," "Better Together," "I'm Going Crazy," "Somebody Else," "Crazy," "Start Line," "Forever," and "Rainbow."
