Legarda lauds ratified 2026 budget, but with reservations on health funds

Loren Legarda affirmed her support for the ratification of the bicameral conference committee report on the 2026 General Appropriations Act (GAA) on Monday during her manifestation in plenary. She voted in favor of ratification, stressing the role of the proposed budget in strengthening human capital. But she shared some reservations she had:
