Legarda to file Bayanihan 3 bill for coordinated oil crisis response

MANILA, Philippines – Senator Loren Legarda will file the Bayanihan Power to the People Act, or Bayanihan 3 Law, to establish a decisive government framework in addressing the impacts of the global oil crisis on Filipino households and the national economy. Legarda stressed that Executive Order 110 declared a national energy emergency and outlined measures
