MANILA, Philippines — Flooding is reported in several areas in Metro Manila on Wednesday morning, August 19, as the state weather bureau PAGASA declared a red rainfall warning over the region.

As of 10:00 a.m, Metro Manila Development Authority and local governments reported flooding in the following areas:
