LPA inside PAR brings rain over areas in Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) inside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) will continue to bring rains over parts of Luzon, the state weather bureau said.  In the 5 p.m. weather forecast of the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa), weather specialist Benison Estareja said that the LPA was last
