MANILA, Philippines — The low pressure area (LPA) located east of Eastern Visayas has developed into Tropical Depression Wilma, state weather bureau PAGASA said Thursday morning.
"At 8:00 AM today (04 December), the Low Pressure Area located east of Eastern Visayas developed into Tropical Depression WILMA," PAGASA said.
The weather bureau added that tropical cyclone bulletins will be released starting at 11:00 a.m.
