LTO chief balks at idea of ‘holiday’ for traffic violators

MALAYBALAY CITY, Bukidnon — A party-list lawmaker has urged the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to consider a temporary pause in apprehending traffic violators amid rising fuel prices, but the agency said enforcement of road safety laws must continue. Swerte Partylist Rep. Arlyn Ayon, who hails from Valencia City in Bukidnon, raised the proposal during the March 11 hearing of the House Committee
