LTO eyes sale of 353 impounded colorum vehicles 

The Land Transportation Office (LTO) apprehended 353 colorum vehicles over the three days from Feb. 9 to Feb. 11, LTO chief Markus Lacanilao announced this on Friday as he presented some of the impounded colorum vehicles at the LTO Activity Center in Quezon City. According to Lacanilao, the majority of the unauthorized vehicles—which included vans
