LTO impounds 2 buses supposedly linked to Chavit Singson

MANILA, Philippines — Two buses supposedly linked to former lawmaker Chavit Singson have been impounded by the Land Transportation Office for various violations, the agency said on Tuesday. According to the LTO, its authorities apprehended the vehicles that were heading toward Liwasang Bonifacio last Sunday, July 19, after they noticed that they used improvised plates.
