LTO urges motorists: Renew licenses, vehicle registration before July 31

MANILA, Philippines — The Land Transportation Office (LTO) has advised motorists to renew their licenses before July 31, 2026 to avoid any penalties.  According to the LTO, the extension of the validity of driver’s license, conductor’s license, student driver’s permit, and registration of vehicles will end on July 31, 2026 as stated under the Memorandum
