Luistro denies bribery, threats in Duterte impeachment

MANILA, Philippines — House Committee on Justice chair Gerville “Jinky Bitrics” Luistro on Saturday denied allegations that lawmakers were being offered cash, additional maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE), and projects in exchange for voting to impeach Vice President Sara Duterte. Luistro, who chairs the House justice panel handling the impeachment proceedings, also rejected claims
