Luistro: May 11 target for impeach vote meant to comply with SC ruling

MANILA, Philippines — The proposal to hold a vote on the articles of impeachment against Vice President Sara Duterte by May 11 is hinged on the Supreme Court (SC) ruling that seeks to give due process to respondents, Batangas Rep. Gerville Luistro said on Tuesday. Luistro, in an online interview, reminded the public that when SC
