Magnitude 5.3 earthquake jolts waters off Sarangani Thursday

                MANILA, Philippines – A magnitude 5.3 earthquake struck off the coast of Sarangani town on Thursday noon, according to the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs).  In its earthquake bulletin, Phivolcs said the epicenter of the earthquake was located west of Balut Island in Sarangani, Davao
